Affinity Groups

The Capital Region Family Business Center has created a grouping of multi-generation family business members, including current generation and succeeding generations.

The Affinity Group's purpose is “learning through dialogue about family business dynamics and best business practices”.

All Capital Region Family Business Center family businesses are invited to participate in these very intimate and lively round table discussions. Topics Include: Accountability, Realistic Expectations, and Consequences of Non-performance, Discretionary Effort and Authenticity.

Our Affinity Group Meetings

The 2008 meetings (6) are scheduled for the last Wednesday of every other month:

November 11

The meetings are usually scheduled for the morning and have been hosted by one of our members.
